Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Me Monday #47

This challenge was all about your favorite weather/season. Since I am a teacher, it is no doubt that my favorite season is SUMMER! I have time off and I get to spend lots of time with Brian doing the things we love. We spend a lot of time on the coast where we do a lot of kayaking and fishing. We love to take our camper and take our puppies with us.

I made a this little tag book to add some of the many pictures that I take while we are down there. It is nice to have something made already so I can just do some journaling and glue in our pictures. Thank you all so much for looking!

I also need to tell you 8 things about myself:
1. I'm constantly working on losing weight, eating healthy, and exercising. It is an everyday battle.
2. I've lost about 40 lbs. over the last few years. I still have about 40-50 more that I'd love to lose.
3. I love rap music.
4. I love country music.
5. I hate cleaning my house. I pay someone $40 every other week to come do the things that I loathe...dusting, vacuuming, etc.
6. I do not have children and probably never will. I love kids though :)
7. I love kayaking and fishing down on the coast.
8. I was extremely scared of flying, but did it for the first time this last summer (with the help of Xanax). I flew to London, France, and Italy. What a way to overcome my fear!!!

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Me Monday #45

This challenge was to make something that honors a cause that is important to you. I am a dog lover and so I had to do something for this cause. I won't get on my soap box, but let me just say that it is so very important to spay and neuter your pets...PLEASE!!!

I used the idea that DT Member Sharon came up with. Don't be Cruel was perfect for my card. I also took it a step further and made a little Elvis puppy. I think he turned out very cute :) Thanks for looking!!!
